  • 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs beaten with a fork
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cups flour
  • Pie filling as per your choice.



Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease the pan with butter or spray. NOTE: Use a 9″ x 13″ rectangular pan and line with foil or parchment paper on the bottom and sides, leaving an overhang on the two short ends.
